Superb melting cheese
A cow’s milk cheese that has a light-brown rind and a firm texture. It has a round or square shape with a smooth, slightly sticky, natural rind. Although the cheese already has a delicious flavour, it is enhanced when it is heated in front of a fire or under a hot grill. Then the full nutty, sweet and slightly fruity aroma intensifies, and the elasticity of the melting cheese makes it truly magnificent. Made in an 8kg wheel.
Drinks to pair

Full-bodied white wines, medium-bodied red wines, dessert wines, fortified wines and beer will all match nicely with this style of cheese.
Accompaniments
Traditionally, Raclette is melted on a raclette burner, scraped and eaten with boiled waxy potatoes and pickles. It is also delicious melted on bread or toast.
